If your jewelry experiences any issues during use, you are always welcome to contact us. We will assist you with repairs or provide appropriate support.

Warranty Details:
• From the shipping date, all jewelry is eligible for one free repair within one month for non-human damage.
• For human-caused damage or any cases beyond the warranty period, repair services are available and charged reasonably depending on the condition.
• Please keep your order number or proof of purchase to help us provide service efficiently.
