Q1. 你們的飾品是手工製作的嗎？
是的，我們所有飾品皆在台灣手工製作，從設計到打磨皆由工作室親自完成。

Q2. 使用的材質是什麼？
我們主要使用 925 純銀與黃銅，若為客製飾品，會依設計需求搭配其他材質。

Q3. 純銀飾品會氧化變色嗎？
會的，純銀會隨時間自然氧化，建議常配戴並收納於密封袋中。每筆訂單皆附拭銀布，可自行保養。

Q4. 有提供國際寄送嗎？
目前僅提供台灣本地寄送，如需海外訂購，歡迎私訊洽詢。

Q5. 訂購後多久可以收到？
大部分飾品為接單製作，製作時間約 7～10 個工作天（不含假日與運送時間）。

Q6. 商品有保固嗎？如果壞掉可以維修嗎？

・所有飾品享有 出貨日起一個月內非人為損壞保固，可免費維修一次。
・若為人為損壞或超過保固期，歡迎聯繫我們安排後續維修，酌收維修費與運費（視狀況報價）。
・請保留購買紀錄或訂單編號，以利後續服務。

Q7. 有提供送禮包裝嗎？
所有訂單皆附品牌包裝、拭銀布與飾品袋。有需要時也可在結帳時點選加贈品牌小卡唷！

可以的！我們提供客製服務，歡迎透過 IG 或 Email 告訴我們您的想法。

Q1. Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, all of our jewelry is handmade in Taiwan, from design to finishing — each piece is crafted in-house.

Q2. What materials do you use?
We mainly use 925 sterling silver and brass. For custom pieces, other materials may be used depending on the design.

Q3. Will sterling silver tarnish over time?
Yes, sterling silver naturally oxidizes over time. We recommend frequent wear and storing in a sealed bag when not in use. A polishing cloth is included with every order.

Q4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Taiwan. For international orders, please message us directly.

Q5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Most of our items are made-to-order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production, excluding holidays and shipping time.

Q6. Is there a warranty? Can my item be repaired if it breaks?

(a)All jewelry comes with a 1-month warranty for non-human damage, starting from the shipping date. One free repair is included within this period.
(b)For damage caused by misuse or repairs requested after the warranty period, we offer repair services at a reasonable cost (fees will be quoted based on the condition).
(c)Please keep your order number or proof of purchase for repair inquiries.

Q7. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, all orders come with branded packaging, a polishing cloth, and a jewelry pouch. You can also add a gift card at checkout for a more personalized touch.
